A large, architectural dining table in American pine by Austrian architect Peter Schmid. Wonderful constructional base and mildly aged tabletop. Professor Peter Schmid (1935) is an architect and engineer who has worked in Austria, Germany and the Netherlands. Since the early 1960s he has worked on an architecture which focuses on the well-being of people and the environment, making him a pioneer of organic architecture.
