A pair of Georges Candilis & Anja Blomstedt model 'Lattes' stools, made of ash slats with aluminum angle brackets. These stools are part of a lot of items from the Les Carrats resort in Port-Leucate, 1968. The resort was designed by Candilis and for the furniture he collaborated with Finnish interior architect Blomstedt. The furniture was produced by the Sentou workshop and was designed to be cheap and easy to disassemble and transport.

Georges Candilis (1913 - 1995) was a Greek-French architect. In 1945 he started to work for Le Corbusier, where he was involved in the building of the Unité d’Habitation in Marseille. He rose to fame with the buildings he designed with his partners Alexis Josic and Shadrach Woods.
